What do you charge to manage a property?
The fee is written in the management contract, by agreement and by property type. We explain it before you sign.
What do I receive every month?
A report with the rent collected, the units let and vacant, the maintenance done, and our notes.
Who registers the tenants’ leases?
We register them on the Ejar platform; registration has to go through a licensed broker.
Who handles maintenance?
We do, and we check with you before any major job, as agreed in the contract.
